TNC’s Second Nature Photo Walk at Shing Mun Country Park
Within easy reach from the densely populated Tsuen Wan market town, Shing Mun Country Park is deemed by many Hong Kong urban dwellers as a tranquil getaway from the concrete jungle. It is home to profuse woodlands, wildlife, and Shing Mun Reservior, the largest water storage facility at the foot of Tai Mo Shan.
On February 26, 2017, more than 40 nature lovers joined our 2nd Nature Photo Walk in Hong Kong to explore the city’s natural beauty and get a better understanding on nature and conservation. The walk was supported by DC Fever and featured renowned photographer Peter Penn showing practical photography skills and Eco Tour Guide Walter Ng sharing knowledge about the trees and monkeys that are found in Shing Mun.
